Versus

1. The State of Bihar. .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajendra Kumar Deo, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP.

There happens to be allegation against Badan Ram and Malti Devi (one of the petitioners) to have assaulted Soniya Devi and during course thereof, it has also been divulged at the end of the informant that Ravi Ranjan Ram (petitioner no.1) also assaulted Soniya Devi with toe. From the order impugned, it is evident and corroborated by Annexure-2 that the injured Soniya Devi had sustained only two injuries caused by hard and blunt substance, simple in nature.

That being so, it happens to be a good case for the petitioners for getting regular bail which the learned lower court will consider in the background of finding recorded hereinabove. In terms thereof, instant petition is disposed of. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
