The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.304 of 2018 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other coaccused persons are said to have caused fire arm injury on the arm and left hand of the son of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is also submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and also case and counter case between

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30028 of 2019(4) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 them. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Hare Ram Mandal has been granted bail by the court below itself. Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2018 and petitioner having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.304 of 2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
