The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment of Appeal dated 3.5.2003 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, VIII, Munger, in Criminal Appeal No. 162 of 1998 by which he has upheld the conviction and sentence of the Petitioner which is maximum period of three years.

It appears that the occurrence had taken place in the year 1994 and the Petitioners have remained in custody for a long period.

Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
