JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.3.2015, passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in Criminal Revision No. 208 of 2014, as also for quashing the order dated 20.6.2014, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha (West Champaran) in Trial No. 824 of 2015, arising out of Complaint Case No. 58 of 2007, registered under Sections 420, 406, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, against the petitioners.

No.41047 of 2015(3) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the trial is on the verge of completion, inasmuch as the judgment has been reserved by the learned trial court, hence, at this stage, no interference is required. Having regard to the fact and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the learned trial court to deliver the judgment in connection with Complaint Case No. 58 of 2007 (Tr. No. 320 of 2015), pending before the learned Court of SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran, within a period of eight weeks of receipt / production of a copy this order.

The present petition stands disposed of.
