2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 44/ 2026 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to village rivalry. It is submitted that the petitioner is a widow lady and was implicated on false information given by anti-social persons of the village. Learned counsel further submits that no independent person was made witness of the seizure list and the alleged seizure was made only in presence of police personnel. It is also submitted that the petitioner has one antecedent of similar nature in which she has already been granted bail and is

4. The learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel as well as averments made in this petition, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 44/ 2026 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
