=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-06-2015 After all the arguments and after having a look at Annexure-19 dated 25/3/2003, which is the order of the appellate authority, one submission of the counsel for the petitioner does find favour with this Court that the appellate authority has passed a very cryptic order, which does not indicate any application of mind. Annexure-19 is set aside. Matter is remanded back for passing a fresh order which should be a speaking order. Writ application is allowed to the extent indicated above

Patna High Court CWJC No.6876 of 2003 dt.25-06-2015 2 / 2 and confined to the legality of the order of the appellate authority. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) R.K.Pathak/- U
