The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kudra P.S. Case No.526 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while she was going to her field to ease out, the petitioner and other accused persons stalked and hurled filthy comments upon the informant. On alarm, her mother came but the accused persons assaulted the informant and her mother. It is further alleged that a mangalsutra was snatched from possession of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioner. No specific allegation is made as to who snatched mangalsutra

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31289 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 from possession of the informant, but it appears that the petitioner is alleged to have stalked and hurled filthy comments upon the informant while she was going to ease out and also assaulted her.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
