ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive as the respondents-Insurance Company has already comply with the directions of the Insurance Ombudsman and has paid the amount of Rs.8,14,007/- which is full and final settlement of the award dated 18.09.2024.
