2. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order 23.06.2018 passed by the learned A.D.J. Vth, Gopalganj in connection with Cr. Revision No. 761 of 2013, arising out of the order dated 27.08.2013 passed in Misc. Case No. 301 of 2010, by which the Revisional Court set aside the order dated 27.08.2013 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Hathua.
