2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

I) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondent Authority to make payment of arrears as well as current salary to the petitioner from the date of his joining as the petitioner has been working on his post and discharging his duties regularly.

II) For any other relief/reliefs for which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13103 of 2021(3) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arrears of the salary as well as current salary of the petitioner has already been paid to him, but the payment of the arrears of the trained pay scale has not been paid as yet.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the grievances of the petitioner mentioned in the writ petition have already been redressed.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition for payment of the arrears of trained pay scale.
