JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of learned AC to GP3 appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty either to file a fresh writ petition in the same subject matter, after bringing on record all the relevant materials/notifications/orders and after impleading all the necessary parties including the landholder and the parcha holders, or alternatively to approach any other appropriate forum/court for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioners with respect to the lands claimed by them. Permission is accorded.
