Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the dispute between the parties have been settled and they are now going to solemnize marriage on 30.05.2022, as is evident from the compromise petition and the marriage card annexed as Annexure-2 series. petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.33547 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhabua (Kaimur) in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
