2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Brahampura P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)A, 25(1-b)AA, 25(1-b)AA, 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act and Section 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34102 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and no arms and ammunition have been recovered from conscious possession or house of the petitioner.
