2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a complaint before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna vide Annexure-1 dated 21.10.2024, which is still pending before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna and he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued by this Court to the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna for deciding the complaint on merit after

Patna High Court CWJC No.7674 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed time frame by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. The aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose of the complaint/representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1 dated 21.10.2024 on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna shall be a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
