JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018 dated 08.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners who are father and son amongst themselves are alleged to have indulged in voyeurism. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are related to the informant as she is daughter-in-law of brother of petitioner No. 1 with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63435 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 whom they have had litigation in the past.

Considering the nature of accusation levelled in the F.I.R and the strained relationship between the parties who are related to each other, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today before the learned Court below, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Shageer/- U T
