Agrawal, learned senior counsel, assisted by Sri Diwakar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of Shri Vikash Kumar, learned Standing counsel No. 11 requests for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may avail alternative remedy. However he submits that while disposing the writ

The court is of opinion that request made by Shri Agrawal, learned senior counsel is genuine. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to avail alternative remedy.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner approaches the authority concerned with the grievance, which has been raised in the present writ petition, the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
