Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The petitioner was engaged as Panchayat Teacher but subsequently, his engagement was cancelled and one Suman Kumari was engaged in his place.

In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj.

It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj shall consider the
