Mr. Aditya Nath Jha, A.C. to S.C. 18 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 04-10-2017 This application was filed more than 14 years back in the year 2003 for initiating action for contempt against the respondents.

It is the case of the applicant that certain orders passed on 06.07.1998 in C.W.J.C. No. 10290 of 1994 has not been complied with.

Counter affidavits have been filed by the respondents and they have explained the circumstances based on which the action was taken.

Patna High Court MJC No.301 of 2003 dt.04-10-2017 2/2 The order in question was an interlocutory order and office note indicates that C.W.J.C. No. 10290 of 1994 has been dismissed on 25.11.2016.

That being so, no case is made out for initiating action for contempt against the respondents now after a period of more than 13 years. In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, he may ventilate the same afresh in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, finding no case for proceeding further in the matter, the application stands disposed of. (Rajendra Menon, CJ) P.K.P.
