Patna High Court MJC No.511 of 2017(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 vide order dated 12.07.2011 passed in L.P.A. No. 379 of 2011, the concerned authority has already passed an order, though belatedly. Nonetheless, the explanation offered in the show-cause for such delayed compliance of the order is accepted by us.

Nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application.

The contempt application accordingly stands dismissed.

If the appellant / applicant so desires, she may challenge the order passed by the authority.
