University, Chapra and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

Petitioner retired as Reader from the Department of Economics from D.A.V. College, Siwan under J.P. University, Chapra w.e.f. 31.08.2008. Petitioner in the present writ application claims for payment of Group Insurance with 121⁄2%

Patna High Court CWJC No.9649 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 compound interest which relates to J.P. University, Chapra and D.D.A. from April 1st 1990 to October 1992 with 9% interest and Group Insurance with 121⁄2% compound interest which relates to B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5, the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra as well as respondent no. 7, the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur which would be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner along with admissible interest would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated by the respondent nos. 5 and 7 by a speaking order sent through registered post.

Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
