JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That the petitioner craves indulgence of the Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate writ(s) or order(s) or direction (s) commanding the respondent to regularize the service of the husband of the petitioner, who was daily wages employee working in Sub-Divisional Office, Barh since 1984 to till his death on 25.8.2019 having worked for more than 240 days prior to the 11.12.1990 as per guide lines of the Government resolution No. 639 dated 16.3.2006 and in the light of direction passed by
Patna High Court CWJC No.13058 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 the Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No.
1690 of 2013 on 14.09.2016 and after being empanelled at serial No. 93 having all the requisite qualifications, with all the consequential benefits to the petitioner, for which she is entitled to."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
