The petitioners are in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 245 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 302 IPC.

On consideration of the materials available on record including the case diary, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The prayer is rejected.

However, the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after six months.
