2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.364 of 2022, arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.940 of 2021, lodged on 23.11.2021, under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide orders dated 23.12.2022 and 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43711 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No.51459 of 2023 respectively.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that Test Identification Parade of the articles as well as Test Identification of Parade of petitioner have taken place in this case, in which the petitioner as well as the articles looted have been identified by the informant.

6. In this background, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
