Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S.Cas No.242 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.. As per FIR, the petitioner happens to be Transport Agency who is supplier of the Bihar State Food Corporation. He has to supply food grains to the Dealer at Sandesh Block but the vehicle was seized by the Officer Incharge of Koilwar and found some manipulation in the bag also and also found that the quantity is more than the quantity shown. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not present there and all the allegations are false

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S.Case No.242 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
