This criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for setting-aside the cognizance order dated 12.12.2014 passed in Special Case No. 14 of 2001 (arising out of Vigilance Case No. 16 of 2001) by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna whereby and whereunder the cognizance against the petitioner was taken for the offences under Section 109/120B of the IPC and under Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and also under Section 39/44 of Indian Electricity Act.
3. This criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed with the observation that the petitioner may raise his grievances at the appropriate stage.
