2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Thali P.S.Case No. 68 of 2024.

3. While rejecting the bail application of the petitioner, the learned court below has observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after filing of the charge-sheet.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed, and as per the observation of the learned Sessions Judge, Nawada, the petitioner may be granted bail.

5. As the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application before the learned Sessions Judge, Nawada which shall be disposed of the same day of its filing.
