2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of writ in nature of mandamus and directing and commanding the Respondent authorities for setting aside the order dt.08.01.2026 has passed by Hon'ble Commissioner, Darbhanga commissionary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10835 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 Darbhanga in Arbitration case no. 93/2019. Whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble Arbitration court would not consider determination of the market value of land by the collector, Madhubani.

ii) For further direction to the respondents authorities to pay the compensation amounts to the petitioner on prevailing rate of the area treating the acquire land as a home stead land although compensation has been paid treating the land a s an agriculture land wrongly.

(iii) For any other relief or relief to which the petitioner is found entitled in accordance with law for the end of Justice.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they shall be taking appropriate steps against the order dated 08.01.2026 passed in Arbitration Case No. 93 of 2019 (Krishna Chandra Mahto vs. State of Bihar & Ors.).
