Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur Patori (Patori) P. S. Case No. 138 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the there is recovery of 69.120 and also the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
