At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances including filing execution case for compliance of the order dated 23.12.2013 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Kishanganj in BLDR Case No. 174/2012-13.

Liberty, so sought, is granted.
