JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case where initially the first information report was lodged under Section 302 and other offences of the Indian Penal Code. Later on the injured has succumbed to the injuries Taking into consideration the role of the petitioner can not be treated as similar to that of the lady who have been granted bail by this Court earlier.

This application is dismissed.
