The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 436, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including petitioners, variously armed came to the house of the informant and started abusing, assaulting and criminal intimidating the informant. It is also alleged that petitioners along with co-accused persons set the fence of the house of informant on fire.

No.32157 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that after completing investigation, petitioners are not sent up for trial and cognizance has been taken by the concerned court. There is case and counter case between the parties. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
