2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 303(2) and 61(2) of the BNS.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 9.9.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60884 of 2025.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2025 and it has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is on the verge of completion.

5. In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, this court is not inclined to review its earlier order. '
