2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, subsequent development took place in the department due to which, the present case has become infructuous. Counsel submits that with regard to the said development, a fresh cause of action has arisen in favour of the petitioner and petitioner therefore, filed a fresh writ petition namely, Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 8463 of 2024 which is pending before this Court.

3. Learned Counsel for Food Corporation of India submits that vide order dated 28.04.2023, petitioner's cause of action has vanished for the present case.

4. In the light of the submissions made, this writ petition is hereby disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that in case, after disposal of C.W.J.C No.8463 of 2024, cause of action shall arise in future in favour of the petitioner, then he may raise his grievance by way of filing a fresh writ petition.
