1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be more satisfied if liberty is given to him to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Purnea raising all those issues which have been raised in the present writ application, who on receipt of such representation from the petitioner, will pass a speaking and positive order after hearing all the parties concerned, resolving the dispute in all possible ways preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing the representation by the petitioner.
3. With the above direction, the writ application is disposed off.
