The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.54 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the application for bail was rejected vide order dated 09.08.2018 in Criminal Misc. No.48875 of 2018 with the liberty to the petitioner that if the trial is not concluded withing a period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2018.

Considering the aforesaid observations, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30686 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, at Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.54 of 2018.
