2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18590 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the father's name of the petitioner and Police Station's name have wrongly been mentioned in the bail petition, he could not surrender in the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the above submissions, in the cause title of the order dated 18.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18590 of 2025, let the father's name of the petitioner be read as 'Nandan Yadav' in place of 'Narayan Yadav' as also the name of police station be read as 'Chhaurahi' in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32337 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 'Khodamanpur (Chhorahi O.P.)' as also the period of surrender is extended by another four weeks from today before the Court below.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
