JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 The petitioner alleges that respondent no.6 is a land grabber, who has forcibly acquired possession over the petitioner's land and, therefore, a direction be issued to the authorities to take coercive steps against respondent no.6. It is evident on reading of the pleadings on record that it is basically a dispute between the private parties, touching ownership/possession over the entire immovable property, which is being cogitated in the present proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, which cannot be entertained. The petitioner has remedy under the provisions of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9977 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (for short 'the Act of 2015'), which, it appears, he has invoked by making an application before the Sub-Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Muzaffarpur (West) on 30.03.2019. This writ application is accordingly disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner's application has been received by the Sub-Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Muzaffarpur (West), the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, if not already disposed of, within the time prescribed under the Act of 2015.
