Ms. Pronoti Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 341, 323, 324, 225, 325, 353, 224, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. The informant alleges that one Guddu Kumar was arrested by the police force but the accused persons including the petitioner attacked the police force leading to injury of several police personnel and Guddu Kumar was freed and they also took the key of the police vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that since the occurrence was taking place near

No.32302 of 2023(2) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 the house of the petitioner as such the petitioner also came out of the house to witness the occurrence when he came to be implicated falsely in the present case. It is next submitted that petitioner is aged about 39 years and all throughout is a person with clean antecedent and all of a sudden he has been alleged with such allegation. It is also submitted that even allegation of assault is not specific.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 251 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
