2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.05.2016 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Tr. No. 1206 of 2018 arising out of Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 72 of 2012 registered under Sections 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points as raised in the petition before
