2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for giving direction to the Respondents to comply the order of Circle Officer of dated 20.4.2015 bearing its Memo no. 238 by which direction is being given to the Revenue Karamchari to issue Land Rent Receipt, after creating Jamabandi of the Harcharan Bandh as imprinted in the letter on the basis of inquiry report.

(ii) Further direction may kindly be given to free the land from settlement.

(iii) For getting other relief or reliefs as the petitioner is found entitled to.

3. Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10603 of 2015(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit of respondent nos. 2 and 4 to show that since there is no Jamabandi in the name of ancestor of the petitioner, hence question of possession of Jamabandi in his name or issuance of receipt does not arise.

4. The copy of the counter affidavit was served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 05.09.2019 and instead of putting forward with documentary evidence, paragraph 6 has merely been denied.

5. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non-prosecution.
