The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 353, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the self-statement of the SHO, Birpur police station about 25 named accused persons including the petitioner and 100-105 unknown persons were made accused in the aforementioned case. It is further submitted it was a case of road block and particularly no overt act has been attributed to the present petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
