The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.372 of 2022 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that due to absence of internet network the POS Machine was not functional so the entry of food grains distributed to the beneficiaries was not made. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
