The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 385, 353, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner is the President of Siksha Samiti, he has gone to inspect the school and demanded the money. When the informant has refused to pay the money then abusive language has been used and made wrong entry in the register.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Ram Kumar Jha @ Bablu, be released on

No.59067 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2 /2 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.385 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
