The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.118 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 5.20 liters liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
