2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil (Aurangabad) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021 dated 21.09.2021 lodged under Section 394 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62386 of 2022. He further submits that due to miscommunication this argument has come that the charge has not framed whereas charge has already been framed, which is apparent from Annexure-4 of the petition. Counsel further submits that the other co-accused has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32346 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65822 of 2021.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail but submits that charge has already been framed.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/c Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil (Aurangabad) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
