Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that he paid the agreement amount of Rs.21,30,970/- to the petitioner for getting executed a flat in the apartment, but the petitioner is now demanding more money for execution of the flat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The issue is of civil nature and he is ready to give possession of the flat. In view of the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of
