The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 2225 of 2020 on 27.02.2020.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30233 of 2020(2) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
