It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the last paragraph of the order dated 29.04.2023, it has been typed as Chainpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2022 instead of Chand P.S. Case No. 330 of 2022. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the main petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39981 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition.

The order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17182 of 2023 is modified to the extent that let the last paragraph of the order be read as Chand P.S. Case No. 330 of 2022 instead of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2022.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
