1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, commanding the respondent no. 4 to delete the name of Respondent no. 5 from Jamabandi No. 1737 which has been wrongly mentioned and accordingly correction may be made in Jamabandi No. 1737.

II. To initiate proceeding against Respondent no. 4 (C.O., Brahmpur, Buxar) for his illegal act for making in manipulation in Order Sheet dated 21.11.2016 as on 21.11.2016 after hearing all concern and considers the material available on the record of the case Jamabandi case no. 907/16-17 filed Respondent No. 5 was rejected and on the same day at belated stage under which circumstances without informing the petitioner the said order was rectified by which Jamabandi case no. 909/16-17 was allowed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13057 of 2021(4) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 favour of Respondent No. 5 which order is bad in the eye of law and copy of said order was not supplied to the petitioner after applying the chirkut.

III. To direct the respondent no. 4 to act in accordance with law.

IV. Any other relief or reliefs as your to which Petitioner is entitled to."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the D.C.L.R., Dumrao, Buxar (Respondent No. 3) by filing fresh representation, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ application is disposed of.

5. In the event the petitioner files representation along with all the necessary documents and details in support of this claim along with a copy of this order within a period of six weeks from today, the D.C.L.R., Dumrao, Buxar (Respondent No. 3) shall dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation.
