2. The present application has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 11.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 14149 of 2013. Perusal of the order discloses that a proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 had to be taken to its logical conclusion.

3. From the show cause filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 3, it appears that such order has been passed by the Anchal Adhikari, Gaunaha on 16.07.2016. Thereafter, it appears that there is an interim order staying the aforesaid order dated 16.07.2016.

4. In view thereof, since the authorities have passed final order on 16.07.2016, the order of the Court stands complied with.
